Baking has always been a family affair for us.
It all began with my great-grandfather, who was a baker, and passed his passion for baking to my grandfather.
My grandfather had a deep love for pastry and baking.
His shop on Long Island was a favorite among locals and tourists alike.
He passed that passion down to my mother, who then passed it on to me. I feel just as passionate about it as the stories my mother shares about my grandfather and his father before him.
My grandfather was always uncompromising when it came to the quality of his baked goods. We’ve carried on that tradition, adding some of our own innovations and flair to make it uniquely ours.
To deepen my knowledge and refine my skills, I studied baking at ORT DAN Gourmet, where I was trained in all aspects of baking and confectionery.
Prior to opening my own bakery, I worked as the head baker for an event catering company, gaining invaluable experience and honing my craft.
All our products are under the supervision of the Vaad HaKashrut Ramat Beit Shemesh Taam Kosher and are made with badatz mehadrin ingredients.
